Support
Beamy is new and small, and a person reads every email.
Get help
Email support@thebeamy.com. We reply within 2 business days. Include the phone number you sign in with, what you were doing, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
How to get in
Beamy is in early access, opening from a waitlist. Join the waitlist (opens in a new tab). Use the phone number you'll sign in with, and we'll let you know when your spot opens.
Delete your Beamy account
In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account. That deletes your account, everything you dropped and everything Beamy made from it, and signs you out. It's permanent. Copies in our backups and logs are erased within 30 days. Our service providers erase their copies, like sign-in and crash records, within 180 days.
Don't have the app, or can't sign in? You don't need to reinstall Beamy. Email support@thebeamy.com with the phone number on the account and the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm the number is yours, delete the account within 7 days, and email you when it's done.
Want some things removed but not your whole account? Email support@thebeamy.com with what to delete, and we'll take care of it.
Sign-in trouble
Beamy signs you in with a code sent by SMS to your phone number. A few things to check:
- The code can take a minute. Wait before asking for a new one.
- Make sure you typed the number with the right country code.
- We can currently send codes to numbers in the United States and India. Other countries are not supported yet.
- If the app says you're not on the invite list yet, join the waitlist and we'll let you know when your spot opens.
Still stuck? Email support@thebeamy.com with your number.
iPhone and Android
Beamy runs on iPhone and Android. There is no web version.
